The TITANS KODY EP series hydraulic disc brake system, combining aggressive appearance with extreme braking power, is optional with power cut-off sensor. It is specially designed for mid-motor and hub-motor E-bikes, which relies on hydraulic actuation to brake the plates, with 4 pistons for lighter and more responsive speed. Integrated caliper design makes it robust and durable. A variety of piston materials and sheet substrates are customized to meet the needs of different customers.

It is a fully forged and anodized brake, a production process that guarantees structural quality, reliability over time and low weight. TUV EN15194 PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATION
制动力性能认证
我们通过了TUV EN15194标准认证。测试反馈表明，在120kg负载条件下，干燥制动力达到610Nm。我们刹车在干湿的状态下的制动力是测试标准的制动力近两倍。数据表明我们的刹车制动力非常优秀。
We have passed the TUV EN15194 standard certification exam. Notably, standard test load adopts 100kg standard, while TITANS uses 120kg to test. The test report suggests that TITANS brakes perform twice as well as the test standard in both wet and dry conditions. Thus, the data shows that the brakes have excellent braking power.

This 12-speed series is deigned specially for high-end road bikes. Unlike traditional riveted ones, the contact surface is enhanced to prevent any frictions of hubs. One piece cassette machined from Chromoly steel. Its only weights 199 grams.

FLOATING BRAKE ROTORS
高性能浮动碟片，摩擦面和支架组成相对独立的受力面，浮动结构允许摩擦面有一定的自由纵向膨胀空间，保持摩擦面不会因受热不均而导致扭曲变形，使刹车更加稳定可靠。
The center is made out of aluminum which lightens up the total weight of the rotor. They dissipate heat better and run cooler which will help to prevent brake fade. There is a small amount of movement in that direction which can help with brake pad wear as it allows the rotor to stay more centered in the caliper allowing the brake pads to be applied more evenly. Also, being separate from the center carrier allows heat to dissipate quicker.
